Returns

Unhappy with your item? We will take it off your hands as long as it is not worn or washed. Returns will need to be received back from you within a week of your delivery date. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. IF you are planning to send something back, please contact a member of our team at ShopSweetCaroline@gmail.com to notify us so we can give you all the fun details of how to proceed.

Once returned to us within the allotted time-frame, a store credit will be issued. NO CASH REFUNDS. Shipping is also non-refundable. Store credits expire 6 months from the date they are issued.

*We do not accept returns on earrings, bathing suits, underwear, hair accessories or hats.
